Terms of play

Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies to Swirlpop. These notes explain game features and do not replace that agreement or statutory consumer rights.

Your game

Play as a guest or optionally sign in with Apple to connect a saved game. Keep access to your linked Apple Account. Guest recovery depends on its device credential.

Purchases

Apple displays your local price before payment. Packs grant the quantities displayed; Swap is credited at purchase and usable from level 26. One three-move credit adds three shots to the current campaign attempt when used. Powers and credits are consumed on use, have no cash value and cannot be transferred between players. Retrying is free. Apple handles refund requests; refunded items may be removed or offset against later credits if spent.

Fair play and deletion

Do not falsify scores or payment records. Online features may be temporarily unavailable. Erasing the saved game deletes its progress and unused inventory after confirmation. Deleting the app alone does not request server deletion.

Privacy and support

Signing in does not enable optional gameplay reports or leaderboard sharing. Read the Privacy policy. Contact info@abteurope.com.
